• Being in charge of Entertainment Project Development of BRG Group from strategy, planning and managing the implementation;

• Representing BRG Group to coordinate and work with Business Partners, IP Owner, Consultants oversea by emails, phone calls and meetings to build a branded park project in Hanoi;

• Working with Business Partners and Design Consultants to localize and customize the design to make sure it matches with their requirements;

• Coordinating with the BRG Design teams to manage the design works and working with other related departments such as: bidding/procurement, ride vendors and contractors …;

• Building up and supervising the project management team on a daily basis to execute assigned project within deadlines;

• Planning for opening and operation of the project;

• Making reports to Madam Chairman, and Director/ Head of Divisions;

• Analyzing and resolving project issues in timely and accurate manner;

• Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role for foreign companies at least 5 years
• Bachelor‘s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Economics, and other related
• Have working experience for an entertainment center/ amusement park (is a plus)
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• Having experience in the rides/ attractions is a plus
• Having knowledge in design, construction, project management is a plus
• Excellent in English (speaking Japanese is a plus)
• Good at communicating and coordinating; Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management; Skillful at collecting data, making reports and presenting
