Senior Production Planning Coordinator

• Track order status and proactively identify and report any risks of late shipment
• Assist vendors with order management, online systems, and daily operations
• Communicate and collaborate closely with teams in the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, and Mainland China
• Report directly to the Manager based in Hong Kong
• Work with vendors to develop and follow up on action plans in line with the company’s goals and requirements
• Based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with frequent travel required

• Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an international or foreign company
• Experience in the eyewear industry is an advantage
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin), with strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis
• Able to work independently; self-motivated, responsible, well-organised, and eager to learn
• Committed attitude and able to work under pressure
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Production Planning Coordinator position
