Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring our NIPT offerings continue to meet market needs, deliver clinical value, and contribute to our mission of preventive, personalized healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead product strategy and roadmap for the NIPT portfolio in alignment with business goals.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch to iteration, including go-to-market planning and post-launch optimization.
• Partner with R&D, operations, commercial, regulatory, and medical teams to bring new products/features to market.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.
• Translate scientific/clinical insight into product direction that balances technical feasibility, market demand, and business viability.
• Represent the voice of customers (patients, doctors, partners) in all product decisions.
• Lead cross-functional working groups, provide clear documentation, and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or biotech.
• Experience managing complex products with both technical and commercial aspects.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead without authority and work across functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in prenatal testing, women’s health, or genomic diagnostics.
• Background in launching products in Southeast Asia or other emerging markets.
