Job Description:
This is not a maintenance role. It is a builder role. You will be at the core of shaping how Indefol Solar grows — designing the foundations of our people strategy, culture, and processes instead of simply operating existing frameworks. You will have the chance to create recruitment standards, training programs, and cultural initiatives from solid foundation, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose for a fast-scaling organization. The structures you build today will define how Indefol Solar attracts, develops, and retains top talent tomorrow, carrying the company confidently into its next phase of growth and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic People & Culture Partnering
- Partner with the BOD and functional leaders to design and execute HR strategies that support business growth and workforce expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach, guiding leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.
- Drive initiatives that embed Indefol Solar’s values and foster a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
2. Talent Acquisition & Process Development
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to build and refine recruitment processes, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
- Contribute to employer branding activities to attract top talent in renewable energy and engineering.
- Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with both business needs and long-term culture fit.
3. Training & Capability Development
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that upskill employees and prepare leaders for future challenges.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translate insights into actionable learning interventions.
- Facilitate onboarding, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote continuous learning.
4. Culture & Employee Experience
- Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fairness, clarity, and growth orientation.
- Build frameworks for career development and succession planning to create a strong internal talent pipeline.
5. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Provide consultation on employee relations matters with transparency, fairness, and respect.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal governance.
- Promote a workplace culture based on trust, inclusion, and psychological safety.
