Get to know the Role:
- Planning and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional events.
- Leading the execution of each marketing campaign and activities to ensure flawless brand presence and coordination.
- Responsible in achieving KPI and target set by Country Marketing Head.
The day-to-day activities:
- Support regional marketing manager with the initial set up of marketing operations, including the financial system, reports and internal tools management.
- Work with regional functions to ensure sufficient marketing support in the market
- Perform data monitoring and analysis daily/ weekly and provide a recommendation based on consumer insights
- Inform/ discuss market knowledge of consumer behaviours and trends with the manager.
- Partner the regional marketing manager with the execution of all marketing activities (both online and offline, tactical and brand)
- Work with internal stakeholders for clear alignment between business operations and marketing activities.
- Work with external parties (such as media/ creative agency, printers and production houses) for effective implementation of ATL campaigns
- Assist in development and support country co-marketing partnerships
- Admin support - updating budget tracker and raising ePR.
The must haves:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s in Marketing
- Comfortable with designing, executing and tracking successful digital marketing campaigns (SEM/SEO, email marketing, social media campaigns, integrated marketing campaigns, mobile marketing and direct marketing campaigns
- At least 3-4 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in designing and executing campaigns.
- Familiar with the Cambodia market and able to draw on local nuances to design marketing activities that are highly relevant to our customers.
- Experience in rapid growth and start-up environment will be a plus.
- Driven by results and is able to embrace and tackle challenges
- Highly detail-oriented to ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications
- Effective project management skills
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
