Get to know the Role:

  • Planning and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional events.
  • Leading the execution of each marketing campaign and activities to ensure flawless brand presence and coordination.
  • Responsible in achieving KPI and target set by Country Marketing Head




The day-to-day activities:

  • Support Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies and plans to achieve company goals
  • Implement marketing strategies such as launching campaigns, promotion plan, merchandising, advertising, in-store and PR activities
  • Monitor campaign and business metrics based on targets given and be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks in order to increase orders
  • Collaborate closely with regional performance marketing team, social media team and partnership team to deliver an effective reach of target audience.
  • Work with CRM team to develop and execute Eater Onboarding journey to improve user experences.
  • Support Demand planning team in creating promotion related GF business in Bangkok, and updating to all stakeholders
  • Work with Creative team to develop communication assets from Creative brief to Creative evaluation.
  • Manage and track Monthly Budget for GrabFood to ensure effeteness in spending
  • Assist the team with marketing administration tasks



The must haves:

  • Education: at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related fields
  • Brand marketing, online marketing, or performance marketing experience is preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing; startup experience, or consulting experience is preferred
  • Goal-oriented and can execute fast: Track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth, start-up environment
  • Strong in analytical skill ; be able to analyze and interpret the situation to come up with data-driven solutions.
  • Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
  • Collaborative, team player: Effective in engaging and influencing marketing and sales team members to achieve targets
  • Resourceful and creative: Can develop creative, innovative ideas for marketing through different channels to reach, engage and grow
  • Highly detail-oriented: Ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications
  • Good command in Thai and English: Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred
  • Computer literacy, MS-office exp. Excel and other instant program
  • Food passion is preferred
