The day-to-day activities:

  • Leading Grab Group Wide Category strategy related to Infrastructure, Network and Monitoring
  • End to End ownership on Category strategy and working with Key Technology Leaders for Alignment
  • Identifies and leads sourcing and procurement process improvements
  • Develops of Macro/ Micro business case, Value – Cost - Risk analysis
  • Develops synergies and optimize working process between internal business partners and Procurement.
  • Analyzes, documents and presents complex category and commodity operational/financial data to stakeholders/executives
  • Leads commercial documents drafting and negotiation (RFPs, RFQs, Contracts, Terms & Conditions, etc.)
  • Coordinates and leads legal review/approval process for procurement/sourcing contracts/agreements.
  • Leads supplier evaluation, and established periodic SRM with key technology partners
  • Manages Service Level Agreements, Operational Excellence program with suppliers
  • Monitors and measures supplier performance and compliance; identifies and recommends ways to resolve performance issues
  • Fluency to communicate across Commercial, Technology and Senior Leaders across the firm

The must haves:

  • Degree in any Supply Chain, Technology discipline or any relevant study.
  • Strong proficiency in knowledge across Technology, and preferably direct experience of working within Technology
  • Negotiation and sourcing. Understands and applies commercial law concepts, contracts terms and conditions and vendor management in Software commodity.
  • Possesses a deep passion in technology, motivated, resourceful and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to effectively organize, plan, control and prioritize work /projects.
