Senior IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, review and refresh the information technology and computer systems.

2. Develop operations policies, guidelines and procedures, and ensure they are fully enforced and reviewed periodically.

3. Ensure security of data, network access and infrastructure system are adhere to.

4. Monitor the workload of the team members, perform the necessary resource planning and provide regular updates to management on trending

5. Manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.

6. Act as primary IT contact and escalation within the country for all IT related functions, operational support, application support & service delivery and provide solutions to operational and user productivity issues.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to support project or initiatives raise by the business.

8. Managed vendor relationship and ensure SLA are met in accordance with the underpinning contracts

Requirements & Experience:

1. Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.

2. Minimum 8 years of experience as IT manager and people manager.

3. Experience supporting various operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux, Android and IOS).

4. Experience deploying and supporting desktops, laptops, video conferencing, network devices.

5. Experience providing after geographical and office hour support.

6. Good knowledge in Incident, Problem and Change Management framework such as ITIL.
