- Follow up stock of top sku, top pageview (Band A to C), Promotion to make sure not OOS
- Make sure CIS in all cities by transferring or ask for multiple delivery if needed
- Highlight for category planning. Key Account Manager for inventory: OOS or over stock; and solution for healthy inventory
- Prioritize payment base on aging inventory, rebate, future cooperation, COGS, due date, positive cash flow
- Make sure positive cash in and cash out
- Follow up demand forecast tool to ensure forecast accuracy
- Follow up supply chain report such as DOC, aging inventory, aging movement, give feedback and require action plan from Account management (Development) team
- Other tasks that assigned from line managers
- Consistently understand component of In stock planning effectiveness
- Effective communicate and influence to senior leaders
- Models collaboration with team members, willing to take extra responsibilities

- At least 2 - 3 years of work experience in in e-commerce/ retail.
- Data driven, cross function working skill, open minded and be able to work under pressure
- Decision-Making Skills: You will need to use the information you have gathered to make decisions on behalf of your company.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills will be needed to analyze prices and get the best deals possible.
- Negotiating Skills: You will be working with suppliers to create the best deals. Negotiating skills will help you create those deals.
