Get to know our Team:

  • Extract customers’ data from various databases to provide insights on our product, customers and marketing activities.

Get to know the Role:

  • Execute and conduct research to uncover consumer’s behaviour and present the data and insights in report format;
  • Set up and build reports to facilitate the team with data requirement.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Functional - Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover insights on products and consumers.
  • Extract, aggregate and analyse relevant data sets to prepare reports for decision - making, marketing planning and measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Work with various stakeholders to understand the objective or the reports and studies, and provide a data-driven solution with accurate data points and measurement methods.
  • Execute and set up research to drive understanding of consumer behaviour, pairing with the analysis on internal data to provide an end-to-end understanding on consumer.
  • Work with external research agencies to set clear objectives and structure research questions with a view of creating actionable outputs that will impact the market
  • Perform ad hoc surveys and studies to support new business growth opportunities.

  • People - Work well and support all Marketing team requirements in terms of data, research and

    analysis.


The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Economics with interest in Marketing.

  • MS Excel (highly proficient)

  • SQL programming

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in quant

  • Experience in aggregating data and sensitive to numbers and calculation

  • Proven analytical skills – experience/exposure to business intelligence and data management tools such as Holistics and Tableau will be added advantage

  • Experience conducting basic market research/survey will be a plus point

  • Enjoy working with numbers and huge data

  • Curious by nature and enjoys learning and new challenges

  • Able to multi-task and work on tight timelines
