Senior Digital MKT Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms: Mobile App, Zalo OA, SMS MKT, Email MKT & E-commerce

· Plan and execute performance marketing strategies

· Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and ROI.

· Research and stay up to date with digital trends, platforms, tools, and competitors.

· Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective media planning.

· Support in building CRM marketing campaigns and customer journey mapping.

· Mentor junior team members or collaborate with cross-functional teams when necessary.

·         Have skills in research and market analysis.

·         Knowledgeable about tea and coffee

·         Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

·         Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.

·         Experience with performance-driven campaigns and proven track record in achieving KPIs.

Experience with eCommerce, F&B, or retail brands is a plus.
