Senior C&B Executive

1. Compensation and Benefits:

• Responsible for managing monthly payroll for all employees of assigned BUs.
• Claim any benefit for staff as sick leave, child-caring leave, maternity leave benefits if any.
• In charge of Personal income tax monthly and finalization report.
• Do procedures on Health insurance card and SI Books issued, making all the monthly, quarterly, annual reports to SI.
• In charge of Labor contract and decision for employees.

2. Law and Regulations:

• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as labor contract, transfers, performance appraisals.

3. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

• Coordinate with all departments of the company, especially, work in close collaboration with Financial Department and Legal Department to deal with C&B and social legal issues.
• Work in partnership with Service of Labor and Social affairs Trade Union, local authorities, Professional Agencies for Salary Survey, Insurance, etc....
• Other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Education: University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent degree.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
