Senior Associate, GrabAds Singapore

GrabAds is Grab’s advertising business unit in a bid to provide brands with an online-to-offline (O2O) platform to engage with millions of Southeast Asian consumers. GrabAds marries an extensive on-ground fleet of vehicles with digital presence across its eight countries, allowing brands to distribute appealing content and create in-car and digital experiences for consumers.

The GrabAds Singapore team is focused on growing the GrabAds business in the local market and covers sales, partnerships and operations.

Get to know the Role:

GrabAds’ offline advertisements currently comprise of car/bus wraps, in-car branding/sampling and in-car digital displays. We are looking for a operations associate who is:

• Self-motivated and comfortable with taking ownership of operationalising all offline campaigns.

• A team player who is good at building and maintaining smooth relationships with multiple stakeholders within the team, the company and across other organisations.

• A proactive problem solver, always on the lookout to identify areas for improvements.

The day-to-day activities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute campaigns by liaising with sales teams/clients, production vendors, partners and internal teams to ensure healthy fleet utilisation year-round.

• Lead the end-to-end GrabAds driver-partner experience from sign ups, scheduling, participation payouts to resolving disputes.

• Manage the partnerships that drive our in-car digital display business-- reviewing creative submissions against guidelines, schedule management, facilitating scale-up plans as well as monthly reporting and billing.

• Recruit, train and lead junior team members to assist with smooth operations for all campaigns.

• Facilitate colour-proofing prior to campaign launch and prepare interim/end campaign reports for clients.

• Identify and implement ideas to grow the business, increase efficiency or cost savings, as well as new advertising formats across Grab’s verticals.

The must haves:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 1-3 years work experience

• A track record of high performance, accustomed to working against measurable targets and OKRs

• A strong team player and excellent communicator

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Comfortable with a fluid role in a fast-paced environment as well as having to deal with ambiguity from time to time

• Experience working with driver-partners (or independent workers on a tech platform) is a strong plus
