Mô tả công việc

1. Product Development:

  • Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market research and data analysis to uncover market insights, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
  • New Product Development: Guide, develop, and manage the process from concept to finished product, including concept, product and packaging.
  • Constant Innovation: R&D to explore new production technologies and materials; market and consumer global trends to pioneer local market.
  • Coordinate Supply Chain: Forecast, plan & proceed paper for mass production and material requirements.

2. Portfolio Management & Route to Market:

  • Route to Market: Segment, size, price and target planning for collections.
  • Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on business performance regularly; collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to analyze and forecast demand, ensuring timely production plans to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Assist in related Marketing scope in Distribution agenda, namely E-commerce and New Retail Store
  • Collection Life Cycle Management: Track and manage the life cycle of collections (new arrivals, bestsellers, slow sellers, discontinued items) to optimize capital turnover and business efficiency.
  • Stock Management: frequently track stock in trade, plan and execute for restocks, follow and ensure stock delivery to flagships.

3. Product Marketing & Brand Building:

  • Positioning & Communication: Develop positioning strategy and communication plan for the collection/the brand to target customers, in collaboration with Brand Management, Brand Service, and Marketing Operations teams.
  • Product/ Campaign Training: Create tools and materials for product training and implement training for retail systems and relevant departments.
  • Campaign/Project Management: Participate in managing or supporting company-wide projects and campaigns as assigned, following project setup and task delegation.

4. Internal & External Stakeholder Management: Professionally and proactively work with related parties to set up process, solve roadblocks, manage lead time and deliver projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Educational Qualifications

Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

2. Relevant Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing/Communication Specialist, Product Development, or Product Communication.

Relevant experience in:Brand Marketing & Communication, Product Development & Marketing

Campaign/Project/Stakeholder Management, Product/Category Management

3. Skills

+ Proficiency in office software.

+ Ability to read and understand business analysis and performance reports.

+ Logical & Critical Thinking.

+ Can-do spirit and entrepreneurial mindset.
