Mô tả công việc

  • Accurately record sales transactions in the General Ledger and Accounts Receivable (AR) sub-ledger.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse teams to issue VAT invoices for both domestic and export sales; process invoice adjustments when necessary
  • Prepare and send payment documents and customer statements.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
  • Perform VAT reconciliation between issued invoices and recorded revenue; prepare and submit monthly VAT returns in compliance with regulations
  • Update the AR sub-ledger with receivable collections and settlement transactions
  • Monitor, analyze aging reports, and review overdue receivables to investigate issues and propose collection actions.
  • Monthly checking inventory and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly reports related to sales revenue, freight costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), and gross profit...
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University or college graduate in Finance/Accounting is referable
  • Familiar with Vietnamese Accounting Standard
  • Experience in Tax regulations and reports
  • Computer literacy, particularly use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to express the ideas, suggestion and opinions
  • English skill (Writing 70%, Speaking 50%, Listening 50%)
  • Good work attitude, diligence
  • Other skills: Sales order/ Customer master data/ Billing invoice/ FI-AR/ Document follow
