Mô tả công việc

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for business sellers, ensuring they meet platform requirements and are fully operational.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to design and continuously improve onboarding workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions, webinars, and one-on-one support to educate sellers on platform usage, listing products, managing orders, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Develop onboarding materials, FAQs, and best practices to help sellers quickly understand processes and succeed on the platform.
  • Monitor onboarding metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize seller activation rates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for newly onboarded sellers, ensuring their early experience is positive and aligned with company expectations.
  • Gather feedback from new sellers to continuously improve the onboarding experience and highlight areas for platform or process enhancement.
