SEA MANAGER (Compliance Manager)

1. Xây dựng kế hoạch & mục tiêu cho bộ phận
Develop plans & goals for the department

2. Kiểm soát phòng SEA và phối hợp với các bộ phận để đạt mục tiêu S-KPI & E-KPI
Control the SEA department and coordinate with other departments to achieve the target S-KPI & E-KPI

3. Hỗ trợ Team để làm việc với các bộ phận khác về công việc liên quan đến phòng.
Support Team to work with other departments on room-related work.

4. Làm việc với khách hàng về đánh giá, tiêu chuẩn và KPI của nhà máy.
Work with customers on factory assessments, standards and KPIs.

5. Phân công nhiệm vụ công việc cho từng team.
Assign work tasks to each team.

6. Tất cả các công việc liên quan đến An toàn - Sức khỏe - Môi trường, quan hệ lao động, các chính sách liên quan đến chế độ phúc lợi người lao động.
All jobs related to Safety - Health - Environment, labor relations, policies related to employee welfare regime.

7. Hỗ trợ công việc liên quan cho các nhà máy vệ tinh như internal, tiếp auditor, CAP,….
Support related work for satellite factories such as internal, auditorium, CAP,,….

8. Phân công kiểm soát T1 subcon theo mục tiêu của Adidas.
Assign control T1 subcon according to the goal of Adidas.

• Working at Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park.
• Shuttle bus available: Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa, Ba Ria..

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Environment, Occupational Safety, Labor Law, or related fields.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing industries such as footwear, garments, or electronics.

• Solid understanding of Health – Safety – Environment (HSE) standards, labor relations, and employee welfare policies.

• Experience working with customer compliance standards, factory audits, and managing KPIs (especially S-KPI and E-KPI).

• Strong skills in planning, task assignment, and performance monitoring across different teams.

• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and satellite factories.

• Experience in handling audits, customer visits, and CAP follow-up is an advantage.

• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written (mandatory).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint…). Familiarity with internal reporting systems is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to think flexibly and take initiative.
