Mô tả công việc

Position Title: Salesforce Effectiveness Executive

Function: Commercial & Strategy

Sub-function: Commercial

Location: HCM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Productivity (40%)

• Update and track sales processes that apply to sales team, ensure implementation and enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Instruct the sales team with tools (sales toolkit, SFA, MCP), resources (data DMS), and guidance to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness in the field.

• Tracking sales incentives, sales ranking and reward schemes for sales team.

• Co-work with IT team to support automation project (POC360, E2E target) that enhance sales force productivity.

• Market visit to stay informed about execution of sales team, market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to ensure our sales team remains knowledgeable and well-prepared.

Discipline Management (40%)

• Tracking sale discipline report, SFA adoption report to inform and push sales team ensure the proper implementation.

• Market visit to update discipline execution and support low performance team, encouraging team members to take ownership of their goals, track their performance, and be accountable for results.

Sales Capability (20%)

• Support to design training programs for the sales team basing on the functional competency framework.

• Support delivers sales training curriculum, using a variety of teaching techniques such as classroom instruction, workshops, e-learning and on-the-job field-sales coaching.

• Assess the effectiveness of sales training initiatives and propose capability to build/learning solutions.

• Support to monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team individually, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous growth and development.

• Identify high-potential talents and succession plan within the sales team as well as turnover risks.

• Support organizes on-boarding sessions for new hire Sales representatives

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education: Bachelor’s economy major
  • Industry Experiences: FMCG
  • Position Experiences: At least 2 years in sales force role, field sales management
  • Language: English (intermediate)
  • Computer: Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, PowerPoint. Good at Data Analysis is a plus.
