• GrabFood Sales is responsible for building relationships with our merchant partners. Our main role involves new merchant acquisition and partner account management.

• We help merchants grow their businesses through GrabFood by working together with them to provide the best selections for customers.

  Get to know the Role:
• This position is responsible for managing the Salesforce database, user accounts and basic training for the Sales team
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a must, preferably with prior experience in uploading and updating data in bulk to Salesforce
• This role will be supporting our growing Sales team for both merchant acquisition and account management

• The day-to-day activities:
• Update and maintain the accuracy of Salesforce data on daily basis
• Help the Sales team on any Salesforce issues with the assistance of regional team
• Work closely with Ops and other departments to ensure that the Salesforce data is reliable and can be used in other business processes
  
  The must haves:
  

• Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ year experience supporting a large team, preferably in a sales organization
• Detailed-oriented and able to maintain complex processes
• Have used Salesforce before on daily basis

• Technical Skills

  - Prior experience with Salesforce is required, preferably experienced in exporting and import data from Salesforce
