A Sales TATO is responsible for contacting and maintain relationship with TOTA, to sell the Hanoia tours/workshop as well as Hanoia’s products. 

• Look for and keep in contact with TATO to sell Hanoia’s workshop and products
• Introduce/marketing workshop to clients via travel agents, website, brochures, television advertising, etc…Liaise about the price, receive and confirm booking;
• Coordinate with marketing team to create Hanoia workshop such as: making paper mask, lacquer, eggshell inlay…and prepare material for workshop;
• Clarify customer’s quantity, customer’s demand and holiday’s timeline… to prepare program and material;
• Collaborate with store manager/store supervisor, marketing team to prepare for the workshop and related matters;
• Stay alert and be able to solve any inconvenience the customer may suffer when attending workshop;
• Collect, evaluate and respond all comments of customer about the workshop;
• Be responsible for payment following.
