- Be responsible for managing all sales activities within Vietnam, taking responsibility for profit, sales targets
- Set the targets for sales team and ensure the targets are realistic and achievable; understand who can perform a particular task in the most effective way, to extract the best out of each employee
- Supervisor the sales team, track their performances, to ensure the sales team is delivering desired results; make sure each one is living up to the expectations of the organization
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
- Make business plan and business performance report to Sales Director on monthly basic
- Communicate with Hong Kong Headquarter and regional offices to better service the customers globally
- Professional experience: experience on Label and Tag industry, Printing, Packaging.
- Have 3 years or more experience in a similar position.
- Language: Speak frequent English.
- Education background: Graduated from University.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning.
- Skills: Sale, Data Breach Management,Negotiate, Quotation Preparation,, computer and especially management & problem-solving skill.
- Character: active, friendly, truthful, well organized.
