Job requirement

Are you passionate about exploring the potential of the agriculture market and eager to contribute to the development of the fertilizer industry in Northern Vietnam? We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Sales Section Manager to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales volume in the fertilizer industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and customers.
  • Manage and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze the market, assess competition, and propose effective business solutions.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Good at English skills and Computer: MS Office/Internet
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fertilizer or agricultural industry. (For MRG at least 03 years)
  • Excellent leadership skills, strategic management ability, and team-work ability.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
  • Willingness to business travel as needed.
