Job requirement

  • Identify and acquire new customers, particularly focusing on Vietnamese local businesses.
  • Focus primarily on sea freight forwarding services for sales.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers, ensuring the company’s interests are protected.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer requirements and resolve issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Engage in daily sales activities, including preparing quotations, making cold calls and emails, and sending market intelligence reports.
  • Support the superior in developing sales strategies, marketing plans, and customer service policies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Job requirement

  • Male/Female, 27-45 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
  • Experience in sea freight is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
