Job requirement

  • Sales strategy and leadership:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives, revenue, and market share goals.
    • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives.
    • Set individual and team sales targets and track performance.
  • Client relationship management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with operations and customer service teams.
  • Market analysis and reporting:
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategy.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration and promotion:
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job requirement

Skills and qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry (3-5 years of experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management or team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international freight forwarding, including ocean and air freight.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
