Sales Executive (Ingredients)

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.

• Analyze sales performance, monitor market trends, and assess customer needs.

• Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with all clients, especially key accounts.

• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business partnerships.

• Collect and report detailed market intelligence, including:

  • Industry trends and market dynamics

  • Customer demands and expectations

  • Pricing structures and competitor analysis

  • New business opportunities

• Identify and develop new market segments.

• Explore and introduce new product opportunities.

• Prepare and maintain regular sales and market reports (MIS).

• Be flexible and willing to support other tasks within the Sales & Marketing Department when necessary.

• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.

• Bachelor’s degree required; management qualification preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing of food ingredients, flavorings, or ingredients for food, pharmaceutical, home care, and personal care industries.

• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary + incentive/commission scheme (exact range to be confirmed).

• Work at the office 1 day per week; other days dedicated to client visits - Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon – Fri, and the first Sat of a month)

• Allowances include gasoline, parking, and phone bill.

• Business trip expenses are fully covered.
