As we expand our footprint across VN, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and drive sustainable growth.

Job Descriptions

  • Lead the development and execution of Netcab’s sales strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding our client base.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, project teams to align sales initiatives.
  • Identify, promote and market the competitive advantages.
  • Implementing effective opportunities/projects pipeline and lead projects tracking process.
  • Monitor market trends and activities to stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Report on sales performance metrics and ensure operational excellence.
  • Report directly to General Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, ELV, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in the same sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ambition to win big projects
  • Strong negotiation, communication, reporting, planning, organizing and implementing skills.
  • Able to work under pressure; honest, punctual, cheerful, and sociable.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
