Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible in doing day to day operational Acquisition.
The day-to-day activities:
- Responsible for all operational administrative activity in Acquisition
- Provide a numbers of Gold drivers candidate
- Maintain the sustainability of Gold drivers candidate
- Build mechanism and system for providing sustainable numbers for drivers sourcing and do the PDCA for the mechanism
- Manage the database for Gold drivers candidate
- Manage the outsource telemarketing to poaching and call the candidate
- Help Acquisition Manager to develop new methodology and market segmentation for Gold drivers candidate
The must haves:
- 2+ years related working experience
- Experience in the Database customer/ marketing related
- Creative and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
- Strong customer focus & attention to detail
- Strong quantitative abilities and intuition, exceptional analytical skills
- BA required, MBA or MS Degree or equivalent experience desired
- Excellent Microsoft excel skill
