The day-to-day activities:
a. Responsible for achieving Revenues generation across products and regions through ASOC and all channels (dealer, agent, community, etc)
b. Hire develop and train resources in addition team will perform with excellent result
c. Develop robust sales distribution within every channel in region & Ensure quality of Reseller activities and ASOC activities
d. Maintain relationship with Reseller
e. Make sure all booking, administration is done properly as policy
f. Strategize & plan the sales process management, key account management, expenses, profitability & market research
g. Periodically review distributor performance through Area Managers and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps
h. Handle sales process with accuracy and timeliness
i. Achieve sales KPI and GMV growth
The must haves:
a. Minimum bachelor degree
b. Minimum 5 years experience in the same field and 2 years experience as Sales Manager
c. Have experience and knowledge about retail sales process; data analysis; and understanding in sales and marketing strategy
d. Proficient in English (oral & written)
e. Leadership and customer & target oriented
f. Strategic thinking, negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making
