Job Description - Sales Account Manager, Nobel Biocare (NOB002802)

Job Purpose

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving agreed sales volume and revenue, within the expected margin to maintain and grow Nobel Biocare product market share in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Volume/Pricing - Ensure the achievement of target sales volumes, pricing and revenue and to gain market share by planning and maintaining systematic call/visit patterns (include cold calls) on an array of dental products (implant systems, guided surgery solutions, biomaterials, etc.); developing and maintaining close/excellent business relationships with customers and their staff and key clients, dealer sales personnel and by identifying opportunities to increase Nobel Biocare sales and aiming at converting the prospective customers from competition to a new customer within the country. Negotiate terms of sales agreement and close sales with customers.

  • Sales Management - Ensure effective management of the respective sales by the timely and accurate maintenance, preparation and submission of relevant quotation, sales order, sales reports and after sales follow-up/support. Co-ordinate with other sales and technical support team members.

  • Marketing and Sales Co-ordination - Contribute to the orderly and systematic marketing and sales of Nobel Biocare products in the Vietnam market by the timely and accurate adherence to all agreed sales and pricing policies, gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends and practice sharing. Keep Country Manager aware of significant developments within the country.

  • Team Participation - Contribute to the teamwork and work climate within Nobel Biocare operation by assisting other team members where appropriate, seeking area’s where further work contributions may be made and by maintaining effective work relations with all other staff members.

  • Represent Nobel Biocare Interests - Contribute to the effective representation of Nobel Biocare interests by promoting and representing the company with involvement in exhibits, trade shows and conventions, product demonstration and in industry association activities.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders. Utilise these relationships to expand market share. 

  • Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, and other general information of interest to company or to customers.

  Education
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Business or related discipline.
Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant direct and channel selling experience dental or medical device industry
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Possesses strong commercial acumen
  • Highly motivated and professional individual
  • Driven and resilient with ability to maintain focus on key objectives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willing to travel in country - 70% to 80%
