Key Responsibilities
Ø Identify, target and acquire new customers in strategic sectors such as automotive, medical devices, industrial electronics and consumer technology;
Ø Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and capability presentation to negotiation and contract closure for new accounts;
Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients (mainly for Japanese customers), building and maintaining trust-based strategic partnerships;
Ø Facilitate technical discussions and RFQ processes, ensuring accurate translation of customer needs into actionable project plans;
Ø Work closely with our internal teams in engineering, supply chain, and project management to ensure a seamless handover of new projects and that customer expectations are met and exceeded;
Ø Maintain a deep understanding of the Vietnam Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) market, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging technologies and
Ø Provide customer feedback to internal terms to drive continuous improvements in service and product offerings.
² Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred;
² Minimum of 5 years of sales/business development experience in the EMS, ODM or OEM industries;
² A proven track record of success in a B2B sales or business development role, specifically within the EMS industry or a closely related field (e.g., electronic components, contract manufacturing). Experience in Japanese companies is highly preferred;
² Good knowledge in electronics manufacturing processes, such as PCBA, SMT, testing, supply chain;
² Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with strong “can-do attitudes”;
² Excellent skills in negotiation, influencing, presentation, and communication;
² Business-fluent proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal);
² Willing to travel if business requires.
