Get to know the Role:
Revenue and collection team focus mainly on controlling and planning GrabFood revenue stream. This roles help business to ensure that revenue is collected completely and accurately while keeping our partner merchants satisfied with our services and processes.
To initiate idea and opinion to improve operational process, internal control and efficiency
To coach and supervise team members to deliver tasks based on key deadline and ensure merchant satisfaction
The day-to-day activities:
- Plan and control revenue and collection cycle
- Merchant debtor monitoring
- Investigate and resolve possible discrepancies or disputes
- Build, scale, and sustain tools or processes that help ensure that revenue from merchant partner is collected accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
- Out-serve merchants in collection process by maintaining high merchant satisfaction in every touch points with Grab
- Prepare business support report and forecast as requested
- Act as finance business partner to support operation from finance perspective
- Work with our product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to make sure merchants have the best possible experience
- Build, lead and develop revenue collection team
- Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with Grab policy, Revenue code and accounting standard
- Co-operate with regional teams and provide required support
- Facilitate in business partners co-operation e.g. merchants, vendors, banks
- Handle, support and guide merchant on Grab business operation
- Ensure that all financial transactions are complied with company policies
The must have:
- Bachelor degree in business, accounting, or finance
- Have an excellent understanding in billing-to-cash process
- Experience in food and beverage business is a plus
- Excellent in data analysis with MS excel
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Bahasa
