Retail Store Manager (Fashion)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 3–5 staff members to achieve sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction and overall shopping experience.

• Participate in recruiting and training staff to improve professionalism and technical skills.

• Ensure that merchandising, customer service, and store operations comply with company standards.

• Analyze sales data and manage inventory to develop operational plans and improvement measures.

• Coordinate with other departments and area managers to optimize store resources and effectively implement business strategies.

• The ideal candidate should have store management experience in one of the following sectors: sports, outdoor equipment/apparel, or women’s fashion.
• They should possess a solid background in personalized customer service and strong sales skills, along with experience in driving product sales and managing store operations.
