Get to know the Role:
- Manage and grow the way we communicate with our restaurant partners
- Work alongside account managers, Marketing, Creative and restaurants to develop creative content strategies to support restaurant marketing efforts and best content practices
The day-to-day activities:
- Strategise, plan and manage how we want to engage all our restaurants and shape the way we communicate with them on a daily basis
- Maintain all restaurant communications channels (including our blogs, help-centres and email channels - restaurant's key sources of information)
- Ensure all communications to restaurants are clear, consistent, informative and reflect our company mission and policies
- Work with the Marketing and Creative team to create content for the campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Manage a campaign calendar with the Marketing and CRM team to ensure that communications are spaced out and sent out in a timely fashion
- Provide insights and analysis around campaigns & content using Analytics & Social Media Listening tools
The Must Haves:
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Hospitality or another related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field such as F&B/Marketing/Social Media.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
- Hands on experience with social media management for brands.
- Creative, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Sharp, persuasive copywriting skills.
- Proven ability to successfully develop, and execute and own major multichannel marketing campaigns
- Independent, proactive and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
