Liaise with Regional UX research team in setting up research project logistics such as booking a venue, dealing with equipment etc.
Invite potential research participants by calling or other appropriate methods. Be in charge of incentive payout to the participants.
Schedule research participants to research session time slots; schedule relevant calendar invites and share info about the participants to the research team.
Coordinate with a wide range of local vendors such as participant recruiters, translators, moderators.
Support research preparation by translating discussion guides
Minimum Qualifications
Hold at least a Diploma from any major studies
Able to speak English fluently
Excellent communication skills
Persistent and tolerant in communicating through phone call, emails etc.
Friendly and responsive person
Fluent in documenting report using Microsoft Office or Google Drive
Preferred Qualifications
Have at least 1 year prior experience in project management or administrative roles
