Rental Operations Associate

Our team is the front line of our GrabRentals drivers. We are active and supportive team players with a passion for customer experience and operations.

Get to Know the Role:

We serve as the first touch point to our GrabRentals drivers. We provide detailed rental consultation to our drivers and proactively help solve our drivers’ issues.

The day-to-day activities:

• Manage inquiries from customers on questions related to Grab Rentals products and services

• Offer car rental options and solutions to the driver

• Follow up on any potential drivers

• Manage the creation of customers, reservation and assignment of cars for the

• drivers

• Perform the related report and backend works related to operations

• Work together with internal team and other teams in GrabRentals and other vertical to ensure smooth operation

• Work with various stakeholders to manage enquiries, requests and escalations

• Train and monitor the part timers to ensure their performance meet the

• organization's expectation

• Attend to customers’ enquiries/issues and proactively solve their issues

• Provide great customer experience

• Ensure reconciliation of different payment methods from daily sales

The Must-haves:

• At least 1-years of operations and customer service experience

• Fluent written and spoken English is required, with local second language as an advantage

• Self-motivated individual who is capable to get things done within allocated time frame.

• One who is willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assumes responsibilities for one’s actions.

• Ability to work independently, deal effectively with other related departments or as a team, with minimal supervision

• Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with our hirers

• Strong people skills with a customer-oriented service attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Excel formula and functions, and Google applications preferred

• High competency in data analytics tools preferred

• Candidates with no relevant experience but have an aptitude for operations are welcome to apply
