Seeking a Forward-Thinking Professional to Automate and Innovate in Tourism (Remote, Vietnam)

Open Positions (Based in Vietnam, Reporting Remotely):
Here are the roles we're currently hiring for. If you have a passion for applying new technologies to old-style businesses, highlight that in your application!
1. Product Planner
Research and develop compelling travel itineraries (group and FIT).
Coordinate with DMCs and suppliers to build attractive travel packages.
Maintain cost sheets, product databases, and assist in pricing.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams.
Requirement: 1+ year in travel/tourism planning, strong Excel & research skills. Bonus points if you have ideas on how to automate data handling or research for product development!
2. Vendor Management Specialist
Source and negotiate with travel vendors and DMCs.
Track pricing, contracts, and supplier performance.
Maintain vendor databases and generate reports.
Requirement: 1–2 years in vendor/supplier or procurement roles (preferably travel-related). Your analytical skills here could be key in identifying automation opportunities for tracking and reporting.
3. Social Media Manager
Plan, create, and manage engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Grow audience and engagement for travel-related posts.
Analyze metrics and refine digital strategies.
Requirement: 2+ years in content or social media management, with a creative eye and love for travel. We're particularly interested in candidates who can explore AI tools for content creation, scheduling, or performance analysis.
4. Marketing Executive (Including Website Content Updates)
Support marketing campaigns across email, social media, and online platforms.
Assist in creating brochures, EDMs, ads, and promotional copy.
Research trends, write content, and coordinate promotions.
Update website content regularly — new tours, pricing, banners, travel blogs.
Coordinate with designers or web developers when needed.
Requirement: 1–2 years in marketing or content creation. Familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress, Shopify, or similar) is a plus. Basic HTML knowledge is a bonus but not required. Your interest in automation could be a game-changer here, especially for content updates and campaign management.
5. Admin & Data Entry Support
Upload tour packages into systems and websites.
Maintain accurate records for products and vendors.
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks for the remote team.
Requirement: Detail-oriented, basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. This role is perfect for someone eager to identify and implement automation solutions for repetitive data tasks!
6. Accounts Executive
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain proper accounting records.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Support GST submissions, staff claims, and travel-related payments.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
Requirement: 3–4 years of accounting experience. Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and XERO accounting software. Able to work independently with attention to detail. If you have experience or ideas on how AI/automation can enhance financial reporting or reconciliation, we want to hear about it.
