Get to know our Team:

  • Monitor and work closely with merchants to hit monthly/quarterly portfolio target.
  • Work with merchants to increase transactions through incentive programs.
  • Manage merchant relationship post acquisition and provide EOD reports to selected merchants.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and resolve merchant queries.
  • Manage and build relationship with merchants to increase NPS.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Functional - Acquisition : Onboard merchants that have been acquired and improve the onboarding
    process to increase efficiency.
  • Retention : To execute and improve merchant incentive programs to increase merchant
    transactions.
  • Upsell : Introduce GrabRewards or other Grab related services to selected merchants as
    a form of retention and marketing exposure for merchants.
  • Financial - Prior experience in budget management is a plus point.
  • People - This role requires the individual to work well with internal and external parties.


The must haves:

  • 3 years working experience in relationship management and operations.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (words, power point and excel).

  • Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills is a plus.

  • Experience in dealing with external and internal parties.

  • Experience in business operations.

  • Experience in relationship management or business operations.

  • Responsible for business targets.
