The individual is an instrumental part of the Grab.Com team who will provide governance, structure, and maintenance to one of Grab’s core infrastructure assets. The candidate will collaborate closely with both PAX and DAX and Online Teams and bring Grab.Com to the next level. The webmaster will championing content marketing within Grab.com and be responsible for organic traffic within Grab.com
Get to know the Role:
- The incumbent will own organic traffic responsibility and develop initiatives to grow both total and unique sessions
- They will be PICs and act as website consultants on any new website initiative, governing digital assets
The day-to-day activities:
- Final gatekeeper and hold publishing and page deprecation responsibility
- Brand and SEO guardian for Grab.com in collaboration together with the Brand and Performance Marketing Team
- Subject matter expert with hands-on technical expertise to troubleshoot new web-page or microsite development.
- Coordinate with local marketing teams on content development
- Collaborate with Development OPs on Web-Site monetization initiatives and ongoing programs
- Develop SEO initiatives in collaboration with Performance Marketing Team to grow organic traffic or seed new keywords in new microsites
- Hold responsibility in organic traffic numbers regional
- Own Grab.com Eloqua Forms and liaise with OPs on Organic Driver Sign-Up
- Collaborate with Kudo business unit on agent sign up on Grab.com only
- SEO guidance and direction from Mike
- They are PIC and an intermediary between Online and Offline Teams where Grab.com is concern
- Support DAX and PAX marketing
- Support OPS Driver Comms
- Collaborate with Content Marketing Teams
The must haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, InfoCom or Engineering
- Working Knowledge of HTML 5
- Exposure to SEO
- Working Knowledge of Wordpress
- 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing or moderating in a wordpress / joomla / drupal or moderated forums as a web master
- Working exposure into SEO management
- Able to work in an ambiguous environment and a driven self-starter
- Having an agency experience is a bonus
- Have prior experience working in a matrix environment
