Grab for Business (GfB) is the B2B team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation and related services by digitally empowering companies across Southeast Asia. We actively engage with a wide network of companies across the region and want to ensure that Grab’s business solutions contribute to the growth and success of all companies across the region. 

To this end, we are looking for a strong Regional Sales Ops Manager to help drive strategic growth and gain market share across Grab’s business solutions, while working successfully with diverse regional and country based teams across Strategy, Operations, Product and Business. To perform this role the candidate will need to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to create and follow processes, data analysis skills and a track record of high business impact.

The Role:

You will report to the Regional Lead, Go-To-Market - Grab for Business 

  • SALES OPERATIONS

    • Provide strong problem-solving capabilities to sharpen strategic sales focus and the overall Go-To-Market approach for Grab’s enterprise solutions

    • Design analytical & operational approaches to identify solutions and deploy them across various markets and business teams.

    • Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives and B2B product launches (i.e. set processes, deadlines, deliverable) for the Grab for Business team.

    • Inform, influence, and execute new sales strategies and operational frameworks for new products, channel partnerships and business lines. 

    • Track, monitor, analyse and build business insights and best practices to help automate sales processes and sales support across all markets.

    • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company including product marketing, product management, finance, sales and account management.

  • STRATEGIC SALES SUPPORT

    • Build, maintain and continuously improve the Pre-sales, Pitch and Post-sales process

    • Establish regular cadence and guidelines for internal and external sales communications

    • Partner with our Business Analysts to improve internal business dashboards, sales tools, pitch decks, update internal product information and monitor gross revenue.

    • Take charge of all sales reporting across verticals / markets / services and ensure accurate forecasting based on robust data analysis.

    • Work with product and marketing teams to ensure product optimisation and enhancements that increase revenue and provide a world-class experience for enterprises on our platform.

The Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required + MBA degree (preferred)

  • Work Experience: Mature profile with 8+ years of experience in sales / sales ops / consulting / project management teams in fast paced B2B companies in the tech, digital sectors or growth startup sectors with proven capabilities in building and leading high performing frameworks.

  • Process driven business approach with a passion to enable business teams to drive business improvements focused on demonstrable impact.

  • Ability to drive sales operations with clear and succinct data analysis, excellent communication skills (verbal, written) and presentation skills is a must.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network within the industry and the overall Grab business.

  • Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a fast growing tech company. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.

  • Proficiency in customer experience tools (Salesforce CRM, reporting dashboards) is a must.

  • Excellent in data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides), pipeline management and forecasting
