As a Regional Policy & Strategy Manager/Analyst, you are at the forefront of defining the black, white, and grey areas of behavioral trends, with your decisions affecting the very fundamentals of how we act and enforce terms of services for all our users.
The day-to-day activities:
Drive the development and advancement of metrics and data visualizations (e.g. dashboards) to optimize policy processes
Review and make decisions on grey cases of passenger/driver behaviors and e-commerce/ payment trends
Provide support for high touch escalation reviews/investigations
Travel within SEA
(This position will be based either in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur office)
