Regional Performance Marketing Senior Executive

The Digital Performance Marketing Senior Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day digital marketing operations regionally and providing reports & analysis to demonstrate effective ROI of digital channels.

Get to know the role:

• Plan, setup and manage all digital advertising channels for key markets

• Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives with efficiencies and scale

• Support local digital marketing teams to setup, monitor, optimize campaigns

• Ensure budgets are tracked and spent efficiently

• Work with creative partners to come up with innovative & interactive creatives

• Support branding efforts by recommending digital strategies to reach the right audience with the right message on digital channels

• Discover breakthrough ideas in the world of paid advertising and help implement them in various advertising channels

• Focus on new and innovative ways of engaging customers through constant A/B testing & refining of new initiative

• Develop & maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external media partners

• Perform data analysis and provide thought leadership based on consumer insights;

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing or similar field

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, mass communications or other advertising subjects preferred

• Hands-on knowledge of planning & buying digital media on self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook

• Good understanding of internet advertising technologies (cookies, DSP, SSP, RTB, MMP, adservers) and marketing channel attribution models

• Strong knowledge of online marketing landscape and use of current advertising tools and channels.

• Familiarity with at least one South East Asian language preferred

• Self starter with great learning attitude, able to learn and pickup new capabilities fast

• Good with numbers and having an analytical mindset

• Excellent communication skills
