Get to know our Team:
Regional Merchant Partnership Marketing Manager/Senior Manager will oversee the planning, strategizing and execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners and merchant businesses for GrabFood marketing regionally.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Drive merchant-related marketing strategy: Formulate, develop and execute scalable Go-to-Market strategies for merchant tier benefits across online and offline marketing channels for country markets.
  • Build merchant relationships: Lead discussion with key merchants and collaborate with operational, business development and sales teams to grow base and deepen merchant relations, with best customer and merchant experience in mind.
  • Drive ROI: maximum visibility and bottom line impact from different tiers of merchant partnerships.
  • Budget management: Effective allocation and review of cost and business impact on merchant-related marketing activities across all countries.
  • Understand market behaviors: Track consumer and competitive landscape to find relevance and opportunities to improve effectiveness of merchant-related marketing activities.
  • Reporting: Develop and execute consistent country-by-country post mortem and status reports on key projects.
  • GrabFood and potentially GrabPay merchants and consumers
  • Ensure budgets are tracked and spent efficiently
  • Internal (marketing, BD, Sales, Ops) and external (e.g. media and creative agencies, merchants) across all countries that GrabFood is in.



The must haves:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in trade marketing or consumer marketing with exposure to online and offline marketing channel execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or other advertising
  • Good understanding of partnership marketing/co-branding and marketing communications
  • Good understanding of marketing channels and funnels
  • Strategic but more action/execution-oriented.
  • Customer-first mindset: Always think from the end customer and able to marry marketing ideas to great customer experience/knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
  • Dare to challenge status quo and drive bold ideas
  • Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative spirit and a keen team player
  • Good people skills - Able to manage multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) to meet strict deadlines.
  • Enjoys brainstorming, coming up with creative ideas, seeing it come to life and learning from it.
