Get to know our Team:
The Regional Rewards Business Development team is responsible for the identification, negotiation and maintenance of partnerships in the Grabrewards Programme. This includes both earn and burn aspects of partnerships


Get to know the Role:

  • Communicate GrabRewards programme strategy to in-country business development teams, provide guidance on types of partners as well as overall redemption catalogue approach  

  • Work closely with in-country business development teams to ensure merchants acquired are in-line with regional guidelines

  • Ensure that catalogue pricing is in adherence with pricing guidelines

  • Manage in-country business development teams’ and regional updates for information sharing and visibility on both sides


The day-to-day activities:

  • Strategic planning, tracking and implementation of the business key performance indicators

  • Track merchant rewards performance and monitor trends to share insights across markets

  • Maintain and refine internal business development tools, such as playbooks and pitch deck to ensure processes and statistics are up-to-date

  • Work closely with Analytics team to create and build on existing reports / dashboards to increase efficiency and productivity

  • Support country’s partners launch and work closely with various stakeholders to finalize commercials, tech and launch materials


The must haves:

  • Good degree from a recognized university

  • Minimum 3 years experience in loyalty partnerships

  • Detail and outcome oriented

  • Self starter, able to operate in a dynamic and fast paced environment with minimal supervision
