Get to know the Role:
- Being part of the IT organisation structure, you will be supporting the system administration of our internal tools - from dashboard monitoring and actions, to configuration and fine tuning.
- Being the point of contact for incident responses - dealing with alerts and outstanding items on dashboard.
- You will look at policies management - including creating, reviewing, updating and managing endpoint policies.
- System integration - Managing APIs and workflow automation.
- In charge of reporting of incident reports, and post-mortem.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time of any tasks.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support - escalations from IT support team and liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution when needed.
The must haves:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows, Mac and Linux in a NON-AD environment and various SaaS platforms.
- IT Operation savvy, able to handle incidents, outages and maintenances by exercising ITIL framework.
- Solid cloud operation experience. AWS preferable.
- Experience with REST / RESTful APIs and SSO ( SAML 2.0, oAuth etc).
- Experience with monitoring - Amazon Cloudwatch; Configuration management systems - Chef / Jenkins / Puppet.
- Experience with workflow / server automation.
- Solid scripting skills is a must, can be either one of PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ruby or JavaScript.
- Solid networking knowledge.
