Get to know the Role:
This role will manage and govern the overall architecture of People Solutions applications (i.e. HCM, HRIS, Talent Acquisition). You will define the is-and-to-be architecture as part of the overall architecture vision, ensuring the alignment with the business and strategies. This role requires skills in operations, network and infrastructure engineering, system sizing and scaling, systems management, and systems design. You are expected to architect solutions based on inputs from business requirements and realise the architecture through implementation by the PMO.
- Perform requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, troubleshooting and other systems implementations skills
- Manage projects proactively, identify potential risks and devise mitigation plans. Ensure project activities of every sub-team of the project are clearly monitored, and updated on a timely basis
- Translate business requirements from a business case into a technical proposal
- Perform solution analysis, design, cost analysis and equipment recommendations
- Facilitate change management for various business units and advise internal clients on implementation best practices
- Provide business process expertise and application configuration expertise as a consultative internal partner

The must haves:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a cloud-driven environment and related PaaS and SaaS technologies from an architectural and solutions approach including application integration and data migrations
- Workday experience from a technical perspective
- Possess investigative and problem solving, critical thinking, root-cause analysis, and business risk analysis skills.
- Experience in leading work streams right from solution architecting, design through development and deployment phase, working with team members onsite and remote.
- Experience in implementing cloud solutions along with integrations to different systems and external applications including a deep understanding of API's and able to design solutions using them
- Solid experience with workflow automation and REST APIs
