JOB PURPOSE
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Supervisor is responsible for leading an onsite team of RPO Service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates, and meeting or exceeding client expectations, mainly focusing on recruitment & selection, onboarding process for clients.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
A. Financial Goal Achievement:
- Be responsible for achieving individual financial targets
- Be in charge of annual revenue and deliver recruitment target
- Follow up with clients for payment progress and reduce bad debts
B. Recruitment Process Supervision & Reporting
1. Recruitment Service Supervision:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans, branding initiatives to attract talents.
- Coordinate with clients to proceed end-to-end recruitment process for high-level roles (phone screening, assessment, interviews setup, selection, offer).
- Initiate various channels for candidate approaches and maximizing candidate pool.
2. Internal Coordination:
- Liaise with related teams to ensure alignment in working processes.
- Provide supports for related teams relating to account management.
- Work closely with team to proactively exchange information on the market, clients and candidates.
3. Reporting:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire,…
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on recruitment performance and provide insights to improve processes.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
- Implement recruitment activities in compliance with company policies, working process, procedures, laws regulations, preventing compliance risks.
- Support audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if being required).
C. Business Development:
- Consult clients regarding their needs to introduce other HRO’s services when needed.
D. Client Consultation & Support:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively communicate with clients on recruitment progress and any potential challenges.
- Identify and address client needs, expectations, issues and give appropriate consultation.
- Work on-site at client to deliver service.
E. Team Management & Development:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure they are equipped to meet client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
- Actively manage client expectations before delegating assignments to staffs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
