Recruitment Specialist (up to Manager)

1. Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

2. Manage recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.

3. Collaborate with hiring departments to understand recruitment needs and arrange interviews.

4. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment status reports.

5. Prepare recruitment summaries and reports for internal use.

6. Participate in employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, university outreach, and social media updates.

7. Assist in analyzing recruitment data and turnover trends.

8. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and pre-employment procedures.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree

2. Experience: Have more than more than 2 years of experience in recruitment (prefer manufacturing companies)

3. Required Skills

• Good at English communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
