5. Prepare recruitment summaries and reports for internal use.
6. Participate in employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, university outreach, and social media updates.
7. Assist in analyzing recruitment data and turnover trends.
8. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and pre-employment procedures.
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree
2. Experience: Have more than more than 2 years of experience in recruitment (prefer manufacturing companies)
