Who We Are:

  • We are a Canadian-owned global homeware design and manufacturing company with operations in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, South America and Europe. We have an international team of in-house designers and a global network, with our products available in over 120 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Quality inspection at vendors and provide inspection report.
  • Take full charge of WIP and Production process improvement.
  • Assist in product test & customer complaints.
  • Address root cause of quality problems, assist in working on corrective and preventative plans, and follow up execution.
