Quality Inspector (Chinese)

• Production Oversight: Monitor daily production activities, prepare detailed inspection summaries, and highlight any risks or improvement opportunities.

• Component Quality: Check and confirm the compliance of key components with internal quality standards, ensuring no unauthorized modifications.

• Data Accuracy: Audit supplier inspection data and reports to verify reliability and consistency.

• Final Inspection & Delivery: Execute product inspection and shipment plans to maintain high quality and timely delivery schedules.

• Customer Feedback Follow-up: Support the resolution of product complaints and ensure preventive measures are in place.

• Process Optimization: Contribute ideas to improve inspection procedures and workflow templates to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

• College degree or higher.

• Proficient in Chinese

• At least 1 year of experience in quality control or quality assurance within home appliances or electronics manufacturing (Open for fresher).

• Hands-on experience in product inspection, testing, and reporting for finished household appliances.

• Familiar with quality management systems, tools, and continuous improvement principles.

• Knowledge of relevant safety and performance standards for household electronics.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to issues.

• Excellent teamwork, accountability, and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

• Flexible, hardworking, and willing to travel frequently as required.
